The affected Google Cloud service has recovered sufficiently for our backlog and new data to be processed. All Dovetail systems should be fully operational at this time, and data from the last few hours should appear as expected.

Investigating -
Due to an ongoing issue with an underlying Google Cloud service, the data processing pipeline for Dovetail Metrics and Dovetail Inventory is experiencing delays. Beginning around 18:00 UTC, downloads, impressions and other numbers in these apps may appear missing or incomplete. There has been no impact to the availability of audio files or downloads to listeners.
At this time we have no reason to believe that, once the underlying service recovers, any data will be lost. Once the service recovers, our pipeline will process the backlog of data.
